The main activity of the project consisted in a training course run by Anca Vieriu, ARVIS president, Raluca Badelita, psychologist, and Gabriela Daniela Adam, IT specialist, between 19 and 27 November 2016.
The course offered the participants the possibility to get a deeper knowledge upon the teenagers’ gadget addiction, to create an original strategy of working with adolescents so as to minimize the risk factors, to test this strategy consisting in benefic alternatives to the addictive attitudes/ behaviors.
The methods are specific to non-formal education: workshops, open space, simulations, Walt Disney, learning cafe etc.
We expect that this project will have a significant impact upon addiction prevention and upon the way addicted teenagers are treated by their colleagues, families, teachers and the whole community.
